These easy salmon recipes take just a few minutes of prep and makes a perfect weeknight dinner idea. These two recipes of Salmon fish are the favorites of my family. We regularly make this as it takes just 15 to 20 minutes only to make.

Lemon Butter Salmon Fish Recipe

Place Salmon fish slices on a paper towel and take off the excess water if any

Sprinkle Salt on the salmon slices and keep it aside

Take one lemon. Cut in to halves

Grate the skin of lemon and get the lemon zest (lemon skin gratings)

Squeeze the lemons and collect the juice

Put a pan on the stove

Put 4 slices of butter in to the pan

When the butter is sizzling, place the salmon fish slices on top of the butter

When it is cooking, sprinkle the lemon zest on top of the salmon fish slices

Then pour the lemon juice on top of the salmon fish slices

Let it cook in the lemon juice and butter sauce

Once cooked on both sides, put it on a plate

Serve and Enjoy your salmon.

Garlic Butter Salmon Fish Recipe

There are two steps to make this recipe. First you will make the garlic butter sauce, then you’ll add it to the salmon and bake everything together.

Melt 6 tablespoons butter; stir up some honey, cilantro(Coriander leaves), herbs like thyme, and rosemary. Set aside.

Preheat your oven to 375*F

Meanwhile arrange salmon fish slices on a lightly greased sheet pan.

Rub the minced garlic over the salmon fillets

Pour the butter mixture over the salmon fish slices.

Squeeze lemon juice over everything and season with salt and pepper.

Bake the salmon at 375*F for 10 to 12 minutes.

Serve on a plate
